Understanding Your Grief
Centennial, CO
This six-week group provides consistent, weekly support in this 6-week program based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s book: Understanding Your Grief
Join us for a 6-week guided support group based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s book Understanding Your Grief. This book helps you understand and befriend your painful, complex, yet normal, thoughts and feelings after the death of a loved one. This group is open to anyone who has experienced a death loss, whether recently or years ago. We hold space and offer members a safe place to connect with fellow grievers while exploring themes from the book to relate them to our own lived experiences.
