An ongoing peer support and educational group for people who have experienced a death loss (including but not limited to death of a spouse/partner, parent, child, sibling, aunt/uncle, cousin, mentor/colleague, friend…). Regardless of how long ago the death occurred, you are welcome to attend, helpful for those who are newly bereaved and/or new to our program.
Meets monthly on the 1st Wednesday at 5pm (PT)/6pm (MT)/7pm (CT)/8pm (ET) and on the the 3rd Tuesday at 3pm (PT)/4pm (MT)/5pm (CT)/6pm (ET).

Join us in a supportive space to share, process, and learn more about grief when someone you care about has received a terminal diagnosis (regardless of your role or relationship to the individual). We will focus our discussions on managing the grief now, not just preparing for after the death. We will discuss the many ways grief shows up when we are anticipating a loss, how to cope with emotions, handle tough conversations, and share ideas for taking care of ourselves and others in the upcoming days (weeks, months…) ahead.

Grief Support for Professionals Who Experience Workplace Loss
This ongoing monthly support group is designed to address the grief experienced when confronted with multiple, ongoing losses in the workplace. It is appropriate for professionals such as hospice caregivers, funeral professionals, healthcare workers, law enforcement officials, chaplains, social workers, and first responders. The group will address work-related grief that often goes ignored and unacknowledged; when left unaddressed, this grief can lead to burnout, post-traumatic stress, compassion fatigue, and loss of hope. The group will focus on psychoeducation about grief, tools for healing and building resilience as well as providing a safe space to process the thoughts, feelings, and the struggles that accompany caring for others at the end of life and at the time of death.
This group meets virtually from 6:00pm-7:30pm MT on the third Monday of every month.

Virtual Facing the Mourning
4 Weeks
An interactive support group designed to help with the grieving process by using visual and thought-provoking tools. During these four sessions, participants share stories, build memorials, compose letters, write in journals, and develop goals with milestones. This group is designed for all types of losses, individuals, and family members.

This 4-week guided support group is designed for individuals coping with a suicide loss who are within their first year since the death. We will explore grief themes and topics specific to this painful and traumatic end of life in order to connect with our life going forward while maintaining a sense of remembrance and legacy with our person.

Shane Phillips, author of First Steps: A Comprehensive Guide To Financial Matters After A Death, joins us for presentations around practical matters after death. Topics include; identity theft protection for the deceased, document gathering, understanding probate and estates, obtaining Social Security benefits, notifications to employer banks and social media, and how to make life insurance claims.
