Topics in this presentation will include the importance of empathy and the impact of the Diagnosis Day, challenges that the caregivers will face personally as well as in their interactions with healthcare professionals and resources, and what support in action can look like. Sometimes, crucial information that can provide ease on the journey for patients and caregivers is overlooked.
