Monthly Support Groups

Our on-going support groups meet monthly and have a $10/session suggested donation.  The groups follow an open format where participants may come and go based on their needs with no start and end date.  Additional Donations are appreciated.

• Widow(er) Group - An on-going support group for those who have lost a spouse, partner or significant other meeting.  The group meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at HeartLight Center.  Formed in June of 2004, the members’ ages range from late 30’s to early 60’s.

• Growing through Grief - An on-going “first" support group for newly bereaved individuals and families who are grieving the loss of a loved one.  All are welcome regardless of the type of death.  The group meets on the first Wednesday of the month at HeartLight Center.

• Loss of a Parent - An on-going support group for adults who have lost a parent.  The group meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at Heartlight Center.
