Grief in the Workplace

HeartLight Center offers a variety of programs to assist in the workplace with end-of-life issues.  The offers provide support for the employer, co-worker, griever, human resource personnel; hospice worker, clergy, employee assistant program and caregiver to understand grief as it enters the workplace.  This is one area of grief that is often overlooked, yet as a community we often spend the majority of our day at the workplace.

Grief in the Workplace Program© is a powerful and dynamic training program that provides comprehensive solutions in helping employers work with grieving employees or a loss of an employee. The program is designed to educate co-workers, managers, and employers on the grief process and provide an automated checklist of activities to better serve their employees.
